Spot unusual behaviour with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and Grafana.
Human-approved fixes
AI suggests a fix, and a person reviews and approves it before anything changes.
AIOps and MLOps foundations
The basic ideas behind running AI-assisted operations and machine-learning workloads.
Working with Bedrock
Use Amazon Bedrock for AI-assisted tasks in a controlled lab setting.
Where it fits
Part of the six-month programme
This track is taught in Month 6 of the full programme, AIOps and the integrated capstone. Each track can also be taken on its own.
You practise with a capstone: AI-assisted operations and incident triage. You inject an incident, the AI explains the evidence and suggests a fix, and the operator approves a reversible action.
Good to know
Will AI make live changes?
No. Live-changing actions need human approval. Automatic fixes are practised only in isolated simulations or expressly authorized sandbox environments.
