Who we are

CloudForge Global ("we", "us") provides cloud, network engineering, help desk, field technician and IT solution services, and runs CloudForge Academy. You can reach us at info@cloudforgeglobal.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• When you use the enquiry form on our website: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you write.

We do not have user accounts, advertising or analytics tools on this website, and we do not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store one small setting on your own device (your light or dark theme choice). We do not receive it.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to provide the services or training you ask about, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information.

Services that handle data for us

• Formspree receives the enquiry form and forwards it to our email.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website and may log visitors' IP addresses.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this site, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Our email services deliver and store the messages you send to info@cloudforgeglobal.com.

These providers have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@cloudforgeglobal.com and we will respond.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
